Hello and welcome. I want to start off by explaining myself. Why would I call my site The Socialhacker?
I love to build things. Be they software, hardware, arts and crafts or baked goods. And I love to do all of this with other people, in a social setting. So the term socialhacker seemed appropriate. Unfortunately there are a number of problems with this name. The term hacker has come to be synonymous with breaking into computer systems. And the term "social engineering" is already in use to mean manipulating people to gain access to systems or information you have no right to access.
I'm hoping to put a positive spin on the name. And in that light this site will be devoted to sharing code and discoveries with any and all that are interested. So, thank you for joining me, and I hope you enjoy your stay.
